Cold forming of metal sheets
Our product line includes geometrically demanding products made of stainless steel, base metal, and aluminium. The products are manufactured from sheets with a thickness of 1 to 6 mm. The machine park comprises eccentric presses ranging in size from 25 to 250 t.
Turning
The machine park includes 4 CNC turning machines:

three of which are long-turning and can process rods up to 42 mm in diameter;

one short-turning CNC turning machine capable of processing rods up to 52 mm in diameter (serial turning) or 220 mm in diameter (part turning).
Welding
In the framework of welding, we manage two production processes:
We have 3 welding robots and 1 welding machine for spot welding.
Laser cutting
We also have the following technological procedures on-site:
We can cut steel up to 15 mm thick, stainless steel sheets up to 6 mm, and aluminium sheets up to 5 mm in sheet size 3000x1500 mm with the 2D laser cutting machine (fibre).
We can cut various spatial shapes of steel up to 4 mm thick, stainless steel up to 3 mm, and aluminium up to 2 mm with the 3D laser cutting machine (fibre), with the possibility of clamping products 2000x1000 mm.
Sheet bending on a hydraulic press brake
In our machine park, we also have a hydraulic machine for sheet bending - a hydraulic press brake with a table length of 1500 mm.
Axis bending
We can bend axes up to 12 mm in diameter and 600 mm in length within the framework of a company developed and manufactured dedicated machine with a robotic server.
